14ウェルの高密度コーデュロイを使用した、PHIGVELのワークデイトラウザー。一般的なコーデュロイよりも糸の打ち込み本数を増やし、密度を高めることで、しっかりとした生地感と上品な表情を両立。デニムのように、穿き込むほど風合いが変化していくオリジナルファブリックが特徴です。

硫化染料による染色を施しており、着用や洗濯を繰り返すことで自然な色落ちが生まれ、ヴィンテージウェアのような奥行きのある表情へと育っていきます。

デザインは、クラシックなスタプレタイプのトラウザーをベースに構築。コーデュロイ特有の温かみと、スラックスのような端正な佇まいを兼ね備え、カジュアルから上品なスタイリングまで幅広く馴染みます。穿き込むことで深まる素材の魅力と、時代に左右されないデザイン。PHIGVELが掲げる「NEW CLASSIC」を体現する一本です。

PHIGVEL’s Workday Trousers are crafted from high-density 14-well corduroy. By increasing the number of threads per inch compared to standard corduroy and enhancing the fabric’s density, these trousers achieve both a substantial feel and an elegant appearance. They feature an original fabric that, like denim, develops a unique patina the more you wear them.

Dyed with sulfur dyes, the fabric naturally fades with repeated wear and washing, developing a deep, vintage-like character over time.

The design is based on classic Sta-Prest®-style trousers. Combining the warmth unique to corduroy with the refined elegance of dress pants, these trousers adapt seamlessly to a wide range of styles, from casual to sophisticated. The fabric’s charm deepens with wear, and the design remains timeless. This pair embodies PHIGVEL’s “NEW CLASSIC” philosophy.

“Sta-Prest,” first introduced by Levi’s® in 1964—commonly known as “Sta-Prest”—revolutionized the lives of workers and trouser enthusiasts worldwide. Now, this innovative technology has been revived in a twill pant. Made from a polyester-blend fabric with a wrinkle-resistant finish that keeps creases sharp even after washing, these pants eliminate the need for ironing—setting them apart from Levi’s® denim.
