PHIGVEL’s CORDUROY LONG BILL CAP is a piece based on the classic long-bill cap, crafted with meticulous attention to both the fabric and how it ages over time.

The cap features a 14-well, high-density corduroy dyed in the brand’s original color. This high-density fabric, woven with a higher thread count than standard corduroy, offers firm structure and durability while showcasing an elegant ribbed texture.

Furthermore, dyeing with sulfur dyes creates a natural fade with repeated wear, exposure to sunlight, and washing. Just like denim, the color gradually changes over time, allowing you to enjoy the unique aging process as the cap develops its own distinct character—a charm unique to this cap.
