FreshServiceを代表するアウターシリーズとして、多くのお客様から高い支持を集めるPERTEX®シリーズ。その中でも本作は、軽さ・保温性・着回しやすさを高い次元でバランスさせたPERTEX® QUANTUM AIR MINI RIPSTOP ZIP-UP BLOUSONです。

FreshServiceのアウターといえばPERTEX®を思い浮かべる方も多いほど、ブランドを象徴する定番素材。PERTEX®は、もともと登山や山岳活動といった過酷な環境で快適性を追求するために開発された高機能ファブリックで、軽量性・防風性・通気性を高いレベルで兼ね備えていることが最大の特徴です。

店頭でも初めて手に取られたお客様からは、「とにかく軽い」「肌触りが気持ちいい」「これなら毎日着たくなる」というお声をいただくことが多く、素材そのものの完成度の高さを実感しています。

表地には、軽量でしなやかなPERTEX® QUANTUMのミニリップストップ生地を採用。薄手ながら風をしっかり防ぎつつ、衣服内の蒸れを効率よく逃がしてくれるため、秋口から春先まで快適な着心地を維持します。

さらに中綿には、PRIMALOFT®を搭載。ダウンに匹敵する高い保温性を持ちながら、濡れても保温力が低下しにくく、自宅でのお手入れもしやすい高機能中綿です。軽さを損なうことなく暖かさを確保できるため、日常使いはもちろん、旅行や出張など荷物を少なくしたいシーンにも最適です。

シルエットは、従来モデルより身幅を見直し、着丈をやや短めにアップデート。リラックス感はそのままに、より現代的でバランスの良いシルエットへと進化しています。今シーズンからはSサイズも加わり、幅広い体型の方にフィットしやすくなりました。

個人的には、このシリーズの魅力は「気付けば一番手に取ってしまうアウター」であることだと思っています。驚くほど軽く、暖かく、それでいて着膨れしない。朝晩の冷え込む季節にはもちろん、車移動が多い鳥取の生活でも非常に使い勝手が良く、毎年リピートされるお客様が多い理由にも納得できます。

大量生産が困難な産地や顔が見える距離の作り手、大量生産でありながら実用性や機能性の高いメーカーや工場と取り組み、ステーショナリーやカトラリー、タオルなどの日用品から、ユニフォームやワークウエアをイメージした衣服まで、手に取る人のライフスタイルを豊かにするアイテムを取り揃えます。

The PERTEX® series is FreshService’s flagship outerwear line and enjoys strong support from many customers. Among these, this model—the PERTEX® QUANTUM AIR MINI RIPSTOP ZIP-UP BLOUSON—achieves a high-level balance of lightness, warmth, and versatility.

PERTEX® is such an iconic, signature material for FreshService that many people immediately think of it when they hear “FreshService outerwear.” Originally developed to ensure comfort in harsh environments like mountaineering and other mountain activities, PERTEX® is a high-performance fabric whose defining characteristics are its exceptional combination of lightness, wind resistance, and breathability.

We often hear comments from customers picking it up for the first time in our stores, such as “It’s incredibly light,” “It feels great against the skin,” and “I’d want to wear this every day,” which reaffirms the exceptional quality of the material itself.

The outer shell features lightweight and supple PERTEX® QUANTUM mini-ripstop fabric. Although thin, it effectively blocks the wind while efficiently allowing moisture to escape from inside the garment, ensuring comfortable wear from early fall through early spring.

Furthermore, it features PRIMALOFT® insulation. This high-performance filling offers warmth comparable to down, maintains its insulating properties even when wet, and is easy to care for at home. Since it ensures warmth without sacrificing lightness, it’s ideal not only for everyday use but also for travel or business trips when you want to pack light.

The silhouette has been updated from the previous model with a revised body width and a slightly shorter length. While retaining its relaxed feel, it has evolved into a more modern and balanced silhouette. Starting this season, a size S has been added, making it easier to find a fit for a wide range of body types.

Personally, I believe the appeal of this series lies in the fact that it’s “the outerwear you find yourself reaching for first without even realizing it.” It’s surprisingly light, warm, and yet doesn’t make you look bulky. It’s not only perfect for the chilly mornings and evenings but also incredibly practical for life in Tottori, where driving is a major part of daily life—which explains why so many customers come back for it year after year.
