N.HOOLYWOOD TEST PRODUCT EXCHANGE SERVICE（TPES）が、1960年代から長きにわたりUS軍へ支給されていたユーティリティパンツをベースに、現代のライフスタイルへ向けて再構築したUTILITY PANTS。

ミリタリーウェアが本来持つ機能美を継承しながら、シルエットや素材をアップデートすることで、日常に自然と溶け込む一本へと昇華しています。

素材には、経糸・緯糸ともに双糸で織り上げたバックサテン生地を採用。双糸ならではのハリと高い耐久性を備えながら、きめ細かな表面感によって武骨になりすぎず、上品な印象に仕上げられています。さらにバイオ加工を施すことで、新品の状態から柔らかく馴染み、長年穿き込んだような自然なフェード感を表現しています。

デザインは、US軍のユーティリティパンツを踏襲したフロントのパッチポケットと、フラップ付きヒップポケットを採用。裾にはスピンドルを備え、ストレートに近いシルエットから裾を絞ったミリタリースタイルまで、その日のスタイリングに合わせて自在にアレンジできます。右膝裏にはTPESを象徴するオリジナルミルスペックを配置し、ミリタリー由来の世界観をさりげなく表現しています。

シルエットは、ワイドでありながら裾へ向かって緩やかにテーパードする絶妙なバランス。ボリューム感がありながらも野暮ったさを感じさせず、スニーカーからレザーシューズまで幅広い足元に馴染みます。

N.HOOLYWOOD TEST PRODUCT EXCHANGE SERVICE (TPES) has reimagined the utility pants—originally issued to the U.S. military for many years starting in the 1960s—to suit modern lifestyles.

While preserving the functional beauty inherent in military wear, the silhouette and materials have been updated to create a pair of pants that naturally blend into everyday life.

The fabric is a back satin woven with two-ply yarns for both the warp and weft. It offers the firmness and high durability characteristic of two-ply yarns, yet its fine texture prevents it from looking too rugged, resulting in an elegant finish. Furthermore, a bio-finishing process ensures the fabric feels soft right out of the box and develops a natural fade that looks as though the pants have been worn for years.

The design features front patch pockets and flap hip pockets inspired by U.S. military utility pants. The hem is equipped with a drawstring, allowing you to freely adjust the fit—from a near-straight silhouette to a tapered military style—to suit your outfit for the day. The original military-spec emblem—symbolizing TPES—is placed on the back of the right knee, subtly conveying the military-inspired aesthetic.

The silhouette strikes an exquisite balance: wide at the top yet gently tapered toward the hem. It offers a sense of volume without feeling clunky, pairing seamlessly with a wide range of footwear, from sneakers to leather shoes.
