Touareg Silverは、サハラ砂漠を旅する遊牧民族・トゥアレグ族が、代々受け継いできた伝統技法によって製作するシルバーアクセサリーです。

一つひとつ熟練した職人が手作業で彫金を施しており、同じものは二つと存在しない温もりも魅力。純銀を使用しているため、一般的なシルバー925とは異なる柔らかな輝きと上質な存在感を楽しめます。

ナバホ族をはじめとするインディアンジュエリーとは異なる独自の文化やデザインを持ち、日本国内での流通量も限られていることから、人と被りにくいアクセサリーとしても高い人気を集めています。

Ring 04は、リングの表面だけでなく、側面や内側まで彫金が施された非常に珍しいデザイン。360度どの角度から見ても繊細な手仕事を楽しめる、トゥアレグシルバーならではの存在感を備えています。

Touareg Silver/トゥアレグシルバーは北アフリカに住むベルベル人系の遊牧民トゥアレグ族によって作られた伝統的に身に纏っていたシルバーアクセサリーです。トゥアレグ族はサハラ砂漠の遊牧民で、元来サハラ砂漠をラクダで遊牧していた先住民、別名青の民という男性が青い衣装に身を包んでいます。 作品にはアーティスト名などの刻印などは無く、各家庭に代々受け継がれているテキスタイルのデザインが刻まれています。トゥアレグ族が長年にわたって身に付けてきたこのシルバーアクセサリーは、希少性価値が高く日本国内では流通が少ないため滅多に見かける事がなく他人と被りにくいという点も魅力です。

Touareg Silver refers to traditional silver jewelry crafted by the Tuareg people, a Berber-descended nomadic tribe living in North Africa. The Tuareg are nomads of the Sahara Desert; they are indigenous people who originally roamed the Sahara on camels. Known as the “Blue People,” the men are distinguished by their blue attire. The pieces bear no engravings such as the artist’s name; instead, they feature textile designs that have been passed down through generations within each family.
