KANEMASA PHILの素材開発力と技術力を凝縮した、新感覚のシルクTシャツ22G Silk Pack Tee。

生地には、22Gの旧式編み機を使用し、120番手の極細ウォッシャブルシルクと75D高捲縮ポリエステル(熱や加工でるよく縮ませて、ふっくらさせるように設計したポリエステル糸)を引き揃えて丁寧に編み立てています。旧式編み機ならではのゆっくりとした編み立てにより、シルク本来のしなやかな風合いと、美しく整った編み目を実現しました。

表面には独自開発のウォッシャブルシルクを採用し、上品な光沢と滑らかな肌触りを表現。さらに製品には、水を使用せずに脱色を行うオゾン加工を施すことで、シルク特有のぬめり感と自然な艶をより一層引き立てています。

裏面には高捲縮ポリエステルを使用し、優れたストレッチ性と形態安定性を確保。家庭での洗濯を繰り返しても型崩れしにくく、美しいシルエットと風合いを長く維持できるよう、糸の開発から製品加工まで細部にこだわって仕上げられています。

シルエットは、一枚でもインナーでも使いやすい程よくゆとりのあるモダンフィット。背面には同色でブランドロゴをプリントし、ミニマルなデザインの中にKANEMASA PHILらしい上質さをさりげなく表現しています。

HISTORY

KANEMASAは、1964年創業のカネマサ莫大小株式会社（以下、カネマサ莫大小）より発足した歌山県和歌山市を拠点にする丸編みニットメーカーのオリジナルブランドです。
ハイゲージに特化した独⾃の編機、様々な柄を⾃由に表現できるジャガード機、これらの編機を⾃在に操る特有の技術、職⼈技を未来に存続させるために、2021年SSシーズンから、自社ブランド KANEMASAは誕生しました。

ブランドのアイコンであるロゴは、Clement Johant氏が手がけ、創業当初の1960年代の時代背景と欧州の文化を融合するデザインが完成しました。

CONCEPT
「FUTURE CLASSIC / FUTURE VINTAGE（フューチャークラシック/フューチャーヴィンテージ）」をコンセプトに、私たちは“いま”考える未来の服を創造します。

The 22G Silk Pack Tee is a new-concept silk T-shirt that embodies KANEMASA PHIL’s expertise in fabric development and technical know-how.
The fabric is meticulously knitted using a vintage 22G knitting machine, combining 120-count ultra-fine washable silk with 75D high-shrink polyester (a polyester yarn designed to shrink significantly under heat and processing to create a plump, voluminous texture). The slow knitting speed unique to vintage machines achieves the silk’s natural supple texture and a beautifully uniform knit pattern.

The surface features our proprietary washable silk, which imparts an elegant luster and a smooth feel against the skin. Furthermore, the product undergoes an ozone treatment—a waterless bleaching process—that further enhances the silk’s characteristic smoothness and natural sheen.

The reverse side uses high-crimp polyester to ensure excellent stretch and shape retention. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail—from yarn development to product finishing—this T-shirt resists losing its shape even after repeated home washes, allowing it to maintain its beautiful silhouette and texture for a long time.

The silhouette features a modern fit with just the right amount of ease, making it versatile whether worn on its own or as an undershirt. The brand logo is printed in the same color on the back, subtly expressing the signature KANEMASA PHIL quality within a minimalist design.

HISTORY
KANEMASA is an original brand of a circular knit manufacturer based in Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture, established by Kanemasa Mokutai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Kanemasa Mokutai”), which was founded in 1964. To preserve the unique technology required to master these knitting machines—including proprietary high-gauge machines and jacquard machines capable of freely expressing a wide variety of patterns—as well as the artisanal skills that keep these techniques alive for future generations, the in-house brand KANEMASA was launched for the 2021 Spring/Summer season. The brand’s iconic logo was designed by Clement Johant, resulting in a design that blends the historical context of the 1960s—when the company was founded—with European culture.
