クラシックな雷文を縁に配した、美濃焼の浅型ラージボウル。手作業で仕上げられているため、釉薬のムラや刷毛跡、色合いの個体差が一点一点に異なる表情を生み出し、器としての味わいを引き立てる。内側には「FRESH RAMEN SERVICE」のロゴをあしらい、懐かしさとユニークさが同居する佇まいに。広がりのあるフォルムと安定感のある高台が特徴。

FreshServiceによる新プロジェクトFRESH DRINK SERVICE（フレッシュ ドリンク サービス）

「洋服も日用品も飲食も全て、新鮮なものを届けたい」というコンセプトのもと、グラスやマグなどのキッチンウェアを幅広くラインアップ。それぞれのアイテムにロゴを配し、FreshServiceらしいシンプルでユニフォーム性の高いデザインに仕上げている。

キャップやエプロン、ミトンなどのウェアは生地の開発から行い、すべて撥水・撥油加工を施した汚れにくい仕様にするなど、これまでファッションの領域で培ってきた機能性も取り入れているという。

FreshServiceは、ディレクターの南 貴之が世界中で作られているものを独自の視点で再構築し、新たな製品として提案するプロジェクト。
“道具”という明確な用途を持った衣服と”ファッションやアート”の観点で作られる道具。
大量生産が困難な産地や顔が見える距離の作り手、大量生産でありながら実用性や機能性の高いメーカーや工場と取り組み、ステーショナリーやカトラリー、タオルなどの日用品から、ユニフォームやワークウエアをイメージした衣服まで、手に取る人のライフスタイルを豊かにするアイテムを取り揃えます。

A large shallow bowl crafted in Mino ware, featuring a classic thunder pattern along the rim. Hand-finished, each piece exhibits unique variations in glaze texture, brush marks, and color tone, creating distinct character that enhances the vessel's charm. Inside, the “FRESH RAMEN SERVICE” logo is subtly applied, creating a look that blends nostalgia with uniqueness. Characterized by its expansive form and stable foot.

FreshService's new project: FRESH DRINK SERVICE

Under the concept of “delivering freshness in everything—clothing, daily necessities, and dining,” this project offers a wide range of kitchenware like glasses and mugs. Each item features the logo, finished in FreshService's signature simple, uniform design.

Apparel like caps, aprons, and mittens incorporate functionality honed in fashion, starting with fabric development. All items feature water- and oil-repellent finishes for stain resistance.

FreshService is a project led by director Takayuki Minami, who reconstructs items made worldwide through his unique perspective and proposes them as new products.
It bridges clothing with a clear purpose as “tools” and tools created from the perspective of “fashion and art.”
Collaborating with producers in regions where mass production is difficult, makers within reachable distance, and manufacturers/factories capable of mass production while maintaining high practicality and functionality, FreshService offers items that enrich the lifestyles of those who use them. This ranges from daily necessities like stationery, cutlery, and towels to clothing inspired by uniforms and workwear.
